Requirements

• Extensive experience in SaaS pricing and packaging for high-tech enterprises (10-15 years).
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Proficient in business planning and strategic problem-solving that incorporates both objective and subjective inputs.
• Skilled at managing ambiguity, driving clarity, and making decisions while handling competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years of experience launching AI meters at leading tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Global pricing and packaging strategy to drive profitable revenue growth, market competitiveness and customer value realization with focus on AI adoption, alongside Enterprise Segment growth.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops, GTM, Product and Finance to operationalize pricing recommendations, track outcomes and evolve approaches based on sales/customer feedback.
• Develop strategic pricing recommendations that leverage consumption based pricing models and can adapt in an ever evolving world of AI.
• Be the Go to Expert/Leader across Product, SBO, Sales and Finance on fundamental pricing and packaging aspects of Consumption/Usage Based and hybrid pricing models.
• Offer industry leading expertise on Enterprise pricing and billing systems and lead improvements in pricing ops (along with strategic design) and governance.
• Drive consensus on transformational CBP approaches and helps deliver a dynamic approach that can adapt to evolving market dynamics quickly.
• Finalize incentives and tactics to be used to drive wider AI adoption and gain share via concessions or ramp discounts.
