Responsibilities

• Define and own Global pricing and packaging strategy to drive profitable revenue growth, market competitiveness and customer value realization with focus on Enterprise Segment growth.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops, GTM, Product and Finance to operationalize pricing recommendations, track outcomes and evolve approaches based on sales/customer feedback.
• Offer industry leading expertise on Enterprise packaging and collaborate upstream with product leadership to prioritize development initiatives targeted towards enterprise needs.
• Drive product and global monetization initiatives inclusive of packaging, pricing, editioning, commercialization and long-term business strategy to power product revenue growth.
• Be a member of the executive team and stakeholders across the organization to define critical strategies that will help set the long-term direction of the business.
• Conduct product, customer, competitive, and financial research to develop insights, and drive packaging and pricing recommendations.
• Drive discussions across the product, GTM and other functions to align on the long-term Monetization strategy for Atlassian.
