About The Position

At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon is seeking a full-stack web developer to build high-quality, intuitive web applications that improve how Operations & Supply Chain teams plan, execute, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. This role supports initiatives across process improvement, digital thread, predictive analytics, and automation - delivering tools that make data actionable and workflows faster, clearer, and more reliable. What You Will Do You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other support functions) to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into secure, scalable software solutions. Our team operates as a product-oriented “internal startup,” and developers are empowered to contribute across the delivery lifecycle - from discovery and design to development, testing, deployment, and support - working closely with users to iterate quickly and drive measurable outcomes. This role also requires strong technical ownership: the ability to design system architectures, define implementation approaches, and execute with accountability. You will have latitude to evaluate and introduce modern tools and methods that improve delivery speed, quality, and maintainability.
