About The Position
The position involves leading the innovation strategy for the footwear innovation PLM team at Brooks. The role requires partnering with the Director of PLM to establish a clear vision and set strategic goals for pursuing game-changing innovations that address complex problems for both new and existing runners. The candidate will define and manage a balanced portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring a mix of breakthrough innovations, future concepts, athlete products, and incremental improvements. Additionally, the role includes creating a global strategy around BlueLine concepts to enhance brand awareness and position Brooks as an innovative thought leader. The candidate will also represent the PLM team on the Future Creation Leads team to ensure cross-functional alignment on key decisions impacting the innovation strategy across Horizons 2 and 3.
