About The Position

As Senior Principal Engineer, Radiology R D, you will develop and uphold division-wide engineering standards, processes, and operating models, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance. This influential individual contributor role leads strategic initiatives, drives innovation, and acts as a technical expert across cross-functional teams. Qualifications Master's in Engineering/Science with 12+ years' experience, PhD with 8+ years, or Bachelor's with 15+ years in medical device R D. Expertise in medical device engineering, R D standards, and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean. Experience influencing cross-functional teams and building networks with senior stakeholders. The annualized base salary range for this role is $128,200 - $200,500 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
