In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing process automation in medical devices manufacturing. This position will work across manufacturing sites, driving design, development, managing cross-functional teams and flawless execution of automation projects. As a key leader, you'll oversee project execution, technology sourcing and concept development while ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a strategic mindset to navigate challenges and drive successful outcomes for the Operations Innovation Automation Team in flight and pipeline projects over the East and Caribbean Regions.
