We are seeking a highly experienced and business‑focused Senior Principal Data Scientist to join our Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health ( NMPH ) team. In this role, you will transform clinical and real‑world data into strategic insights that influence clinical, regulatory, and market decisions. You will report directly to the Senior Statistics Manager and operate as an embedded expert within our statistics organization, while also partnering closely with NMPH leadership to drive key transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented role. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define analytical opportunities, shape data strategies, develop predictive models, and create dashboards and tools that guide clinical and regulatory effectiveness. Success in this position requires deep expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and AI, combined with strong business acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
