About The Position

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs. This role focuses on onsite payments as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience working with US clients on the development of new banking and payments systems. The candidate should have an understanding of various payment rails such as ACH, Fedwire, RTP, etc.

• Ability to document project objectives and KPIs
• Experience in articulating industry best practices for Payments

Responsibilities

• Conduct product walkthroughs with clients on Payment systems across different payment rails such as ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, RTP etc
• Strong collaboration skills to work with different teams across geographies
• Excellent communication skills; adept in leading customer presentations and demos
• Clearly identify and document project objectives and KPIs (work with customer to identify these)
• Ability to articulate industry best practices for Payments and guide banking clients on adoption of the same
• Good in documenting requirements, providing assistance in framing business use-cases, and analyzing and documenting solution workarounds and approaches to minimize client specific customizations
