Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Presales Technical Architect In this role, you will be responsible for being familiar with our products and offerings, understanding customer needs and requirements, creating a compelling story to solve the identified issues, running demos, and answering technical questions. You will play a crucial role in addressing technical challenges faced by our customers and proposing effective solutions. Your ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions will be key to your success in this position.

  • Be familiar with our products and offerings to effectively understand customer needs and align them with the most appropriate solutions we have available.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements by collaborating with the sales team and gathering information about potential customers and their pain points.
  • Create a compelling story that effectively solves the identified issues faced by customers, using your technical knowledge together with our products and offerings knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the functionality and value of our solutions, tailoring them to address specific customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in addressing customer needs.
  • Support our effort to respond to clients' Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of our products and offerings. Prepare comprehensive and compelling responses that address the specific requirements outlined in the RFPs/RFIs, showcasing how our solutions can meet the client's needs.
  • Utilize your technical expertise and understanding of our products and solutions to estimate the effort required for implementing and delivering customized solutions to clients.
  • Support the ongoing creation and maintenance of our offering materials by providing input and technical insights. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our sales collateral, presentations, and other materials accurately reflect the capabilities and value of our solutions. Continuously update and enhance these materials to align with evolving customer needs and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements that align with customer needs, based on your insights and understanding of customer requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Extensive experience working with ASP.NET, JQuery, SQL Server, and JavaScript. Experience in Microsoft Azure or the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, solution architecture, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to identify client needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Experience with cloud technologies using Azure or AWS
  • Experience working with BPM/Workflow tools (such as, ServiceNow, Appian, Nintex, IBM, etc.) is an advantage
