About The Position

As a Client Executive for large, complex accounts, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with client senior executives and other key stakeholders. You will gain a strong understanding of client business strategies, objectives, priorities, and challenges, driving joint business planning processes to identify value-added solutions and services. Your role will involve applying a consultative approach to create new and expanded large opportunities that may involve multiple service offerings. You will work to identify and qualify new business opportunities, defining and presenting compelling business cases to the client. Accountability for client satisfaction will be a key aspect of your role, leading in satisfaction survey development, execution, and evaluation. You will collaborate with clients, Sales, third-party suppliers, and Commercial management to negotiate and win contract renewals, ensuring that client issues are addressed and resolved, and that financial and other issues receive the necessary leadership attention for appropriate understanding and response.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Eligibility for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
