About The Position

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or advanced development roles.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in C, with deep knowledge of systems-level development.
• Extensive experience with TCP/IP, UDP, and core networking protocols.
• Solid understanding of firewall technologies, NAT, and network security architectures.
• Experience with multi-core and multi-threaded programming environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop complex security and networking solutions from concept to deployment.
• Lead the breakdown of complex engineering challenges and rapidly prototype innovative technical solutions.
• Handle critical customer escalation issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.
• Collaborate with product management to define new features, technical roadmaps, and system capabilities.
• Translate customer needs and operational feedback into architectural improvements and product enhancements.
• Guide engineering teams through architectural best practices, design reviews, and technical mentorship.
• Ensure solutions meet high standards of performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
