About The Position

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and implementation of end-to-end technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
• Develops and maintains target business object models and assesses impacts of future business architecture on application architectures.
• Translates highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to leadership to drive the firm's innovation and enable leaders to make strategic, well-informed decisions about target state architecture.
• Defines system and operational requirements for computing infrastructure, addressing inter-application dependencies and interfaces.
• Drives adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies.
• Establishes and leads an architecture governance body to ensure best practices, standards, and guidelines are followed.
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that improve velocity and quality of output across teams and functions.
• Mentors and develops junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Presents complex technical concepts and architectural strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
• Advises and leads strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio.
