We are seeking a strategic Senior Pricing Analyst to drive revenue growth and profit optimization through data-driven pricing strategies. Requirements

  • Pricing Experience: 5+ years of pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, FP&A, strategy, or related analytical experience, with a proven track record of initiatives that grew revenue and profits. Your quantitative skills are strong—you're comfortable.
  • Your quantitative skills are strong—you're comfortable with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and working with large datasets. You understand pricing fundamentals including elasticity, segmentation, and competitive positioning. You have experience pricing multiple business models or product and service portfolios.
  • Business Acumen: Beyond technical skills, you have business acumen. You understand how pricing fits into broader go-to-market strategy and can balance competing objectives like market share growth versus margin expansion. You communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you're persuasive when advocating for your recommendations. You have strong business judgment and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Technology: Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, QlikSense, or similar).
  • Self-starter: You will have strong executive sponsorship and close partnership with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product while building scalable pricing foundations
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills—you influence and update regularly. This role reports to the Manager of Sales Operations and offers significant visibility and impact across the global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing Strategy and Analysis: You will own the development of pricing analytics that maximize sales and profits. This means diving deep into internal financials across the portfolio, understanding customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and market trends, to identify opportunities where we can capture additional value. You'll build sophisticated pricing models that integrate a variety of inputs, then monitor performance to refine your approach.
  • Pricing as a Key Business Driver: Your analysis will inform critical business decisions. You will evaluate the pricing and profitability of different customer segments, programs, products, and regions, recommending where to invest for growth and where to optimize margins. When we launch new products or enter new markets, you'll establish pricing frameworks that support rapid adoption while protecting profitability. You'll also lead pricing tests and experiments, measuring elasticity and customer response to build our institutional knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication is central to this role: You will partner across functions and regions to optimize pricing strategies and decisions. With sales teams you will develop pricing tools and guidelines that help them close deals profitably. You will work with product teams and finance to ensure our value proposition aligns with our pricing position and grows sales profitably. You will evaluate the current portfolio and new products launching through the product lifecycle. You will work with supply chain partners to understand pricing and cost scenarios. You will present recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear business cases for action.
