About The Position

The Senior Pricing Analyst designs and implements pricing strategies to stabilize margins, manage risk, and maintain market competitiveness. This role ensures accurate price positioning and contract/quotation alignment through collaboration with relevant departments. It balances sales commitments with ingredient coverage, applies best-in-class pricing protocols, optimizes system use, and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of pricing methodologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in SAP ERP for managing product information, pricing files, and vendor setup.
Advanced Excel skills with strong ability in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for pricing and margin calculations.
Experience in pricing file management, scheduling pricing changes, and maintaining accurate gross margins.
Ability to perform margin analysis and forecasting by analyzing inventory and pricing data.
Coordination of inventory and procurement, including handling purchase orders, vendor communication, and freight cost reporting.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Risk Management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively articulate insights and recommend actions.
Experience in developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels.
Familiarity with food manufacturing or CPG environments, including commodity pricing and product assortment.
Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis skills.
Strong project management skills.
