Requirements

  • Must possess 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related role in preventive maintenance technician of automatic control design and programming field.
  • Must possess experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Control Design of New Equipment, Tact-Time Improvement, Robot management, Equipment Maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with other production teams and R&D in new test trials of automatic controls and programming to maximize productivity.
  • Responsible for training the PM Technicians for maintaining automatic production equipment and programming.
  • Perform routine maintenance of programming and preventative maintenance actions.
  • Provide systematic inspection, detection, and correct failures of robotic operations.
  • Responsible for training of Maintenance Technicians on equipment and processes to ensure continuous operation of facilities to operators.
  • Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine and program malfunctions.
  • Check blueprints and/or repair manuals as necessary to maintain continuous operation of equipment.
  • Identify training and development needs through coordination with engineering and production teams.
  • Assists Manager with reviewing PM Technicians performance.
  • Assists in the development and update of PM training manuals.
