Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to serve as a pivotal role within its National Branch Network. This position involves growing, deepening, and managing relationships with affluent customers and those with complex financial needs, acting as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The role is designed for growth-oriented professionals who lead with advice to acquire and deepen relationships by understanding customer goals and translating them into comprehensive financial strategies. The banker will own and actively grow a defined book of business, utilizing goals-based planning and risk oversight to deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. Additionally, the role includes assisting customers with everyday banking needs, opening accounts, and handling service requests to ensure a seamless experience. Success is driven by strong relationship acumen, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with internal partners across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
