As a Senior Preferred Banking Advisor, you will be a single point of contact responsible for executing the full client life cycle for clients, with a particular focus on establishing yourself as an expert in treasury management and deposit requests. You will exemplify the department's "sales, service, operations" philosophy through client interactions, responding to and resolving client requests, and providing expert advice and guidance utilizing products and services such as treasury management, loans, commercial, and personal accounts. You will collaborate with internal departments and resources like the Preferred Banker support system to drive client satisfaction and participate in department training for banking knowledge and career growth.
