A Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple projects working with a team of preconstruction managers, and shared team resources to deliver exceptional deliverables to our clients. In his/her duty they will be responsible for the day to day execution to provide preconstruction services from initial program design phase until final construction documents are complete for assigned projects. This may include feasibility studies, budget estimates from conceptual design to final bidding, comparative studies, value engineering and presentation of the same to both internal and external clients.
