Responsible for developing preliminary budgets, value management, preconstruction schedules, procurement plan, prequalification of subcontractors, bid packages, the subcontractor/supplier bid process, evaluation of bids, presentation of detailed estimates of work, and developing strategies to win & execute work. Develop and manage Ownership groups/clients to grow long term relationships with repeat work. Train and develop ALL preconstruction staff and support the Director of Preconstruction. A team that will challenge you and support your success Responsible for the preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development and construction estimates during pre-construction.
