Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role interfacing with executives and dealing with complex, technical implementation projects.
  • Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud field.
  • Strong understanding of business solutions leveraging data as an enabler.
  • Proven track record of meeting booking, utilization, and consumption targets.
  • Proven ability to communicate and translate effectively across both internal teams and customer organizational structures.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Big 5 or boutique strategy consulting experience, ideally with experience achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a client support and advisory technical role.
  • Experience in designing, leading, influencing and selling functional solution sets or cross-functional Digital Transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead services sales execution and project delivery success for key accounts.
  • Engage C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps that drive real business outcomes.
  • Own the entire professional services lifecycle from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and forecasting.
  • Be the go-to expert for cloud-based data warehousing, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Lead high-performing teams while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Report to a Consulting Practice Director on the Americas Professional Services teams.
  • Align to markets or industries as part of the practice, with services sales alignment to a Sales District Manager and Account Executives.
  • Drive service sales enablement/execution and ensure the successful delivery of services for assigned accounts.
  • Focus on achieving quarterly bookings targets while meeting utilization targets by actively managing select project deliveries.
  • Be measured on consumption progress and meeting consumption targets at accounts as part of the broader account team.
  • Help create and execute on the overall vision for services - both sales and delivery.
  • Own the services delivery roadmap including proposals, closing services opportunities, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities, scope, propose, and sell services to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop scope and associated SOWs for customer services engagements.
  • Drive deal reviews internally to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Understand and help optimize business operations processes for services sales.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within Snowflake GTM teams.
  • Provide bookings forecast and demonstrate strong command of your book of business.
  • Align services engagements to key customers' business outcomes.
  • Drive alignment with executive sponsors and/or customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other delivery partners in support of project delivery.
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer and project team.
  • Own project outcomes and manage project financials.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as reflected in customer survey scores.
  • Collaborate with Education Services team for training delivery.
  • Provide specific services delivery activities for the role/engagement.
  • Deep collaboration with AE/SEs on the account for account strategy.
  • Own and contribute to internal process improvements across your team and the broader Professional Services organization.
  • Develop expertise within the aligned market through collaboration with other Practice Directors, Sales teams, and Global Industry Leaders.
