Requirements
- 3-5 years of communications or PR experience, preferably with technology companies or related industries
- Established relationships with technology trade press/analyst community and business press
- Experience working with clients (prior agency experience is a plus, but not required)
- Excellent organizational, communications (written and verbal) and time management skills
- Proficiency with basic computer and PR tech applications including MuckRack, Lexis, Sysomos, Meltwater, CatchPole, Google Docs and News Alerts, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to travel to and from client/new business meetings as appropriate
- Experience pitching new business
- Experience with ai & enterprise technology companies

- prior agency experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for key programs
- Conceptualize and drive proactive campaigns and launches
- Prep executives and staff briefing calls
- Support new business initiatives and play an active role in pitches
- Delegate tasks, manage and mentor Associates and Account Coordinators
- Draft pitches, press releases for tier 1-2 media, bylines, speaking abstracts, campaigns plans and briefing materials
- Plan and organize press/analyst tours and tradeshows
- Proactively pitch media and influencers and develop media relationships
