We are seeking a skilled Senior Power Platform Technical Lead to design, architect, and personally build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. This role is hands-on and hands-to-keyboard, requiring deep, day-to-day development work in addition to technical leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business processes and solution architecture and can translate requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient applications through direct development, not oversight alone. This is a role that combines active development with strong client-facing skills to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term platform sustainability. This role can be hybrid in Indianapolis or 100% remote, supporting EST hours (including some earlier morning meetings).
