About The Position

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Quantitative Analytics and contribute to large-scale planning related to Quantitative Analytics deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Quantitative Analytics challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Quantitative Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Client personnel in Quantitative Analytics.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Proven expertise in developing and enhancing reports and dashboards using the cloud-based version of Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to unlock and implement new functionality within Power BI to improve user experience and reporting capabilities
• Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering, solution identification, collaboration with development teams, testing, and writing user stories
• Familiarity with SAS for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with SQL for querying and managing relational databases

• Exposure to Tableau for data visualization and reporting

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Unsecured Lending Operations team
• Utilizing SAS and SQL, and PowerBI for control reporting, performance-based reporting, and business intelligence reporting
• Designing, building, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support control reporting, performance tracking, and business intelligence needs
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and implement new functionality that improves usability and insights for report users
• Ensuring reports and dashboards are optimized for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Conducting thorough testing and validation of reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements
• Creating clear documentation for developed reports and providing guidance or training to end users as needed
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to align reporting solutions with broader business goals and operational strategies
