JOB DESCRIPTION: Leidos seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager and Systems Integration SME to support the Office of the IC Chief Information Officer (OIC CIO) in enterprise portfolio management for the IC’s IT enterprise. The successful candidate will serve as a senior Subject Matter Expert senior leadership, driving portfolio analysis, and delivering decision-quality products in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. Position requires a professional who internalizes leadership intent, owns their lane, executes independently, and brings the team across the finish line. Equally important is the ability to operate as a disciplined team member who reinforces the cohesion of a tight-knit unit operating under significant pressure in management of a diverse and large portfolio of enterprise capabilities.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
  • Requires BS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • May possess a Doctorate in technical domain
  • Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline
  • Familiarity with planning, programing, Budgeting, and execution discipline
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators
  • Strong analytical competence, problem-solving, communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Cloud Service certifications desired
  • Experience with enterprise license management and IC network resiliency is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and Enterprise Services
  • Significant experience dealing with Software as a Service (SaaS) Providers and emerging technology integration
  • support the evolution of the Sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities
  • Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues
  • Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior-level executives
  • Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences
  • Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities
  • Experience working with partners outside the US
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
  • Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Work with seniors in diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment managing competing priorities
  • Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
