As a Senior Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist Senior within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing & Customer Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Tyson's Corner or Vienna, VA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Role Overview: At PNC, we’re redefining how data powers marketing for our wealth management and corporate banking businesses. Allowing us to deepen relationships across our Wealth Management, Private Banking, Institutional Asset Management, and Corporate & Institutional Banking lines of businesses. In this new, strategic role, you’ll transform complex engagement data into actionable insights that guide the marketing teams. You’ll design measurement frameworks, build dashboards, and uncover trends that influence customer decisions months—or even years—down the line. We’re looking for a sharp, analytical thinker with expertise in account-based marketing and marketing analytics, someone who can connect marketing activity to business outcomes and help shape the future of marketing at PNC. This is more than reporting, it’s about using data to drive strategy and growth. Job Description Provides financial and regulatory reporting and analyses to maintain adequate controls over the financial and regulatory reporting processes. Responsible for running complex business performance, risk and operational analytics. May include the development of analytical methods/models to assess market, credit and/or operational risk of new and existing financial products. Leverages business / product expertise to rigorously analyze large datasets, improve risk adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth, and communicate conclusions. Synthesizes analytical results and develops, recommends, and implements business strategies that improve lending decisions, assist in managing risk, increase revenues, reduce exposure to losses, meet business goals, and improve performance. Establishes baselines for strategies and tracks actual performance to expectations. Applies predictive models, third party data, and other tools to develop and execute appropriate segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies to provide insight into portfolio risk. Manages engagements with internal and external information suppliers ensuring solution is fit for purpose while maintaining appropriate governance and oversight. Understands and communicates regulatory and financial accounting impacts on the balance sheet to regulators and PNC control functions as appropriate. Interacts with regulators, internal audit, and management concerning credit portfolio analyses and credit risk appetite. Works with business, credit, data, and model development partners to design, develop, and monitor test designs and analytical reporting to track and enhance strategies. Designs / enhances standard reporting suites for regular product / portfolio reviews. Collaborates with the line of business, Finance, and Risk partners to assess and establish credit risk appetite and to understand its implications, as well as to establish policies and procedures governing the identification, monitoring, and management of risk appetite. Responsibilities

  • Audience Selection & Segmentation: Build waterfalls and segmentations for campaign lists; implement targeting rules for precision in ABM campaigns.
  • Test Design & Measurement Planning: Develop campaign test designs with clearly defined KPIs; establish frameworks to measure marketing’s impact on the sales funnel.
  • Analytics & Insights: Execute campaign measurement and generate actionable insights; track engagement and conversion trends across long lead times; use analytics to inform marketing strategy and optimize performance.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Create modern dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) for campaign performance; deliver reporting that connects marketing activity to funnel progression.
  • Strategic Enablement: Partner with internal teams and external data providers to build ABM capabilities; help define processes and best practices for marketing measurement.
