As a Senior Policy Operations Representative, you will be responsible for managing inquiries from agency and life policyowners regarding all Traditional, Universal Life, and Annuity products. This role involves handling billing activities for various payment modes and servicing contracts by processing requests for policy values, disbursing payments, and implementing changes as needed. You will utilize multiple life systems to complete these tasks and will be expected to manage phone, email, and chat inquiries that fall within the scope of this position. Additionally, you may participate in projects related to Life company activities and will actively engage in a collaborative team environment. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to come into the office at least 10 days a month. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of the specified locations, including Madison, WI; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Keene, NH; St. Joseph, MO; Phoenix, AZ; or Nashville, TN. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of their location, and compensation will be determined based on geographic location. The starting pay range varies by location and experience, with specific hourly rates outlined for different regions. You must also be willing to provide coverage until 7 PM CST on a rotating basis to meet the coverage needs of the team.
