  • Implement effective PBAC solutions to combat advanced threats, ensuring integration, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for PBAC tools and technologies, including identity governance and privileged access management.
  • Lead the solution design lifecycle for PBAC applications, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Provide design thinking and oversight for PBAC solutions, contributing to the overall technology stack direction.
  • Maintain awareness of new PBAC technologies and lead enhancements to technical solutions and processes.
  • Implement frameworks for change management and performance monitoring specific to PBAC.
  • Lead technology incidents related to PBAC, performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and leaders about PBAC progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Establish relationships across departments and vendors to support PBAC initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and represent the Firm in PBAC-focused industry forums.
  • Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field preferred; or equivalent training and certifications.
  • Expertise in PBAC, including software, infrastructure, and security engineering at an enterprise level.
  • Experience with modern PBAC technologies (e.g. PlainId, Ping).
  • Experience with core enterprise technology platforms and PBAC components.
  • Advanced experience with coding/scripting languages relevant to PBAC.
  • Expertise in designing scalable, secure PBAC solutions in cloud environments.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and practices.
