About The Position
The Justice Advisory Council seeks a Senior Policy Analyst to lead policy research, analysis, and the development of legislative reform recommendations that support management and elected officials in advancing justice initiatives. The Senior Policy Analyst will design and present impactful policy proposals to improve community programs, collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with departmental goals. This role also involves managing data collection and analysis efforts, responding to inquiries from policy personnel and community partners, and ensuring effective communication and decision-making throughout the policy development process.
