The Georgetown Center on Poverty and Inequality (GCPI) is a research center that generates policy solutions to improve the lives of people experiencing poverty in the United States. GCPI’s care policy portfolio advances a vision where paid leave and child care policies strengthen family economic security, reduce poverty, and recognize the value of caregiving. The Senior Policy Advisor is a deeply networked policy expert and trusted collaborator who leads GCPI policy work on child care, paid leave, and other care policies, with a focus on racial, economic, and gender justice.
