What You'll do: Key Responsibilities Support the Program Manager in the execution and oversight of all program management and reporting activities for an assigned government contract. Manage the development, coordination, review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery. Interpret contract requirements and ensure deliverables align with the Statement of Work (SOW), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), and other contractual obligations. Develop, maintain, and enforce standardized program templates (e.g., status reports, risk registers, action item trackers, review briefings, compliance matrices) to ensure consistency and adherence to contract requirements. Maintain and track the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support schedule performance monitoring. Support cost, schedule, and performance reporting, including Earned Value Management (EVM) data if applicable. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, contracts, quality, and subcontractors to gather inputs and ensure alignment with program objectives. Prepare and support program reviews and customer-facing milestone events (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, quarterly reviews). Conduct internal compliance checks prior to deliverable submission to ensure adherence to DoD and customer requirements. Maintain organized documentation and configuration control in accordance with program and customer standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience supporting government programs in a structured contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and delivering government CDRLs.
  • Working knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and contract compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to create, implement, and adhere to standardized templates and documentation governance processes.
  • Experience supporting formal program reviews and government audits.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, EVM tools, Jira, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a compliance-driven program environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment highly preferred.
