Where no two days are the same.Job DescriptionAbout the job you’re considering   Join Capgemini’s PLM Solutioning team and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions for global enterprises.    In this role, you will:   Be part of a dynamic team driving innovative PLM solutions for leading organizations across North America.   Lead and participate in solutioning activities, reporting to the Head of PLM Solutioning.   Design and deliver bid solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.   Collaborate with a community of experts supporting presales and solutioning initiatives.   Work on global proposals, including opportunities outside the U.S., ensuring alignment with client requirements.   Act as a trusted advisor during project delivery, providing technical and business guidance.   Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, and Digital Twin concepts.   Enjoy a client-facing leadership role, influencing key business decisions and ensuring end-to-end solution design and delivery excellence. 

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in PLM solutioning, presales, and delivery leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or Oracle Agile PLM.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation programs within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • Ability to lead solutioning and presales activities, including proposal development and bid management.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAE integration, ERP systems, and emerging technologies like IoT and Digital Twin.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global teams.

Nice To Haves

  • An expertise / background in the following industry would be a plus: A&D, Life science, Automotive, Consumer Product, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage.
  • Certifications such as Siemens Certified Professional, PTC Windchill Certification, or PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solutioning activities for PLM projects, ensuring robust and innovative bid solutions.
  • Contribute to proposal design and writing in coordination with bid teams, PLM presales, and sales stakeholders.
  • Ensure deal qualification and compliance with customer expectations to maximize success.
  • Support project delivery as a delivery executive and technical/business advisor.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in PLM platforms and integration capabilities.
  • Engage with global teams to share best practices and foster innovation.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic growth and value creation in client engagements.
