About the role As a Senior Platform Engineering Manager at Duolingo, you will own mission-critical infrastructure projects from end to end, contribute to our technical strategy, and lead a team of world-class engineers. You will lead teams that build the core networking, storage, and foundational tooling for Duolingo's infrastructure across multiple cloud providers. You will define and drive a multi-year strategy for scaling the developer experience on our cloud infrastructure. :brain: As a team lead, you will... Lead multiple teams and collaborate with peers across the Platform pillar to build an empowering developer interface for product and platform engineers across Duolingo. Own the planning, execution, and success of projects that directly improve the stability, performance, and cost of our infrastructure and our top-line business metrics. Partner closely with product engineering to identify high-ROI platform investments; align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and ensure impact.
