About the role As a Senior Platform Engineering Manager at Duolingo, you will own mission-critical infrastructure projects from end to end, contribute to our technical strategy, and lead a team of world-class engineers. You will lead teams that build the core networking, storage, and foundational tooling for Duolingo's infrastructure across multiple cloud providers. You will define and drive a multi-year strategy for scaling the developer experience on our cloud infrastructure. :brain: As a team lead, you will... Own the planning, execution, and success of projects that directly improve the stability, performance, and cost of our infrastructure and our top-line business metrics. Partner closely with product engineering to identify high-ROI platform investments; align stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and ensure impact.
