Old Well Labs is a financial intelligence startup in South End, Charlotte building the institutional investment industry’s next generation of analytics tools. Our platform centralizes billions of data points on fund managers globally and leverages AI to bring clarity to complex data. We are hiring our first Platform Engineer to establish platform engineering as a core capability at OWL. This is a foundational hire who will build and operate the infrastructure, tooling, and practices that power our engineering teams. You will partner with the VP of Engineering, as well as product and data teams, to shape platform direction while implementing reusable modules, access frameworks, and observability patterns that enable self-service. Our DevOps model is service-driven: we build systems and tools that allow engineers to move faster with autonomy, rather than doing their work for them.
