Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for working on a team of four to five Engineers to tackle the platform needs for organizations in the highly regulated industry. Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud experience
• 5+ years of Azure experience
• 5+ years of Java application experience (WebLogic, Tomcat)
• 2+ years of IaC experience (Terraform)
• Experience with Java runtime upgrades & middleware modernization
• CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
• Enterprise production environment experience
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Strong communication & consulting mindset

Nice To Haves

• AWS experience
• Kubernetes experience
• Azure Professional level certifications
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)
• Experience with AI-enabled automation / agent-based tooling

Responsibilities

• Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks from code to deploy
• Design and implement automated provisioning and configuration frameworks in support of infrastructure-as-code
• Design, implement, configure and manage system monitoring solutions that alert teams to problems before customers are impacted
• Work closely with customers and other team members to understand complex requirements and translate them into automated solutions
• Provide support to ensure mission critical applications and components are being monitored and meet security, reporting and retention requirements as well as disaster recovery requirements of clients
