As a Platform Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
• At least 2 years of experience with AWS.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Recruiting, HCM).
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment using JIRA.
• Workday Certification in Recruiting.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Security and Workday Reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in loading data using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB's).

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.
• Deliver solutions in Workday Recruiting, through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards.
• Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
• Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
• Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation.
• Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective.
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues.
