You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Performance Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform.
  • At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration.
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
  • Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management).
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting.
  • 1+ year of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB's).

Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
  • Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.
  • Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards.
  • Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
  • Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
  • Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation.
  • Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective.
  • Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues.
