About The Position

The position involves performing plant maintenance duties using established procedures and experience. The role requires using standard operating procedures to troubleshoot malfunctions or issues and creating a maintenance or repair plan to solve problems. Additionally, the candidate will work on dredge repairs and perform preventive maintenance on piping, pumps, and conveyor systems to maximize safety and uptime. The successful candidate may also be expected to take on other tasks and assignments as required, including duties outside the typical scope of the role to support overall team operations and organizational needs. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of equipment analysis and general repair concepts.
• Understanding of OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.

Responsibilities
