We have fabrication processes including machining, stamping, heat treatment, plating, brazing, and welding. In addition, we have a significant assembly operation, one of the largest in the Honeywell Sensing Solutions platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in a Manufacturing environment as a Site Leader.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong knowledge of lean, six sigma tools and problem solving methodology.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics.
  • Understand of business objectives and the ability to interact with our customers and suppliers.
  • Persuade to influence others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plant.
  • Build quality into our products and processes.
  • Oversee and guide the plant operations to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from targets.
  • Manage the plant budget and resources effectively to achieve financial goals.
