Requirements

• Strong written communication with clear, concise delivery.
• Proficient in schedule management tools and advanced planning techniques across multi‑disciplinary sectors.
• Demonstrates industry awareness, problem‑solving, and commitment to service excellence.
• Degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent, with relevant local qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high‑quality and compliant project delivery, championing wellbeing, inclusivity, and local Health and Safety standards.
• Drive strategic planning performance, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled and aligned with business goals.
• Support senior leadership in commercial, contractual and strategic decisions with integrity and due diligence.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong stakeholder relationships to enable teams to excel.
