About The Position
The Senior Planning Analyst will lead the Reporting & Analytics (R&A) functions to develop and integrate proactive approaches to financial planning and analysis, cost management, and the utilization of the Business Intelligence (BI) application. This includes conducting advanced data management and financial analytics to help improve efficiency, increase productivity, and eliminate waste. The role requires extensive expertise in the functionality and architecture of Business Intelligence systems (Oracle BI) and the ability to address customer issues with system solutions, while leading requirements and organizing meetings to translate analysis and reporting requirements into data requirements. The Senior Planning Analyst will foster a 'culture of financial excellence' in which employees seek and accept the responsibility to effectively manage costs through the development of strategic insights that add value to the Company.
