BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Planner to support the delivery of projects across the utilities and HV power sector, including transmission and distribution environments. This role will focus on the development, management, and analysis of project schedules across engineering design, construction support, and handover phases. Working closely with multi‑disciplinary teams, Project Managers, and clients, you will play a key role in driving planning best practice, managing risk, and supporting consistent, high‑quality project delivery. As Senior Planner, you will take ownership of programme planning and controls, ensuring schedules are robust, compliant, and aligned with contractual obligations, project objectives, and client expectations. You will be embedded within delivery teams, providing clear planning insight, earned value reporting, and confident challenge where required. This role is suited to an established planning professional with strong technical, commercial, and stakeholder management capability within utilities and HV environments.
