  • Responsible for an 18-month demand plan by retailers and building new launch forecasts to meet financial targets based on historical trends, benchmarks, and growth strategies.
  • Lead internal demand review meetings to align retailer demand with budget and sales targets.
  • Accountable for monthly KPI targets including Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and root cause analytics, developing action plans based on findings.
  • Implement IBP Statistical Forecasting for US Portfolio.
  • Complete historical data cleansing.
  • Implement statistical forecasting across all retailers by YE 2026.
  • Lead at least 2 retailer-specific pre-Demand Review and Demand Review meetings.
  • Facilitate conversations between Demand Planning, sales, marketing, and finance to align on the US Region Demand plan.
  • Lead US Launch Consensus meeting with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on launches.
  • College degree or equivalent related work experience in the beauty industry.
  • 4+ years' experience in demand planning (beauty or CPG preferred).
  • Relevant S&OP, supply chain, data analysis, or other business planning experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings to drive actions and accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to peers and senior leadership.
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills: ability to manipulate large raw data sets to produce intuitive reporting.
