About The Position
The Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Administrator (Tier III) will be responsible for managing and supporting the FDA Program's PKI and Smart card access systems. This role involves resolving daily access tickets, managing user privilege accounts, and ensuring the operational readiness of the PKI infrastructure. The administrator will also assist with system upgrades, perform troubleshooting, and provide certification and accreditation support.
