The Piping Engineering & Analysis discipline at Sargent & Lundy performs evaluations for piping systems in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.7, and other applicable codes. This includes specialty topics such as vibration monitoring and analysis, evaluation of hydraulic transients, thermal stratification effects, operability evaluations, qualification for hydrodynamic loads, pipe rupture evaluations, pipe wall thinning assessments (FAC/MIC), and pipe flaw evaluations. This senior-level position provides technical support by performing complex engineering tasks, preparing and reviewing calculations and designs, and monitoring assigned staff. The role is based on a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office work 3 days per week.
