Requirements

Minimum 10–15 years of heavy civil / utility construction experience
At least 3 projects involving large-diameter sewer or force main (≥ 30”)
At least 1 project valued at $15M+
Experience on municipal or regional water authority projects
Must have a valid driver's license

preferred ≥ $20M

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct field crews and subcontractors on water infrastructure projects (water lines, pump stations, treatment facilities, underground utilities, etc.)
Lead day-to-day field operations for large-diameter pipelines (30”–96”)
Manage daily schedules, manpower allocation, equipment use, and material delivery coordination.
Review plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate field execution.
Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field inspections.
Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, timecards, and site photos.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress updates, potential issues, and project milestones.
