Serves as a key partner to Essentia Health’s employed physicians and practitioners, and their leadership in achieving our Aspirational Aim of Engaged and Inspired People. Leads the development of essential systems, workflows, and tools to support operations and leadership with physician and advanced practice employment-related models and its needs. As required, directly manages and facilitates resolution of complex, high-risk, and sensitive matters, serving as the escalation point for issues that cannot be addressed through standard operational workflows. This role requires exceptional discretion, cross-functional collaboration, and deep expertise in regulatory requirements and best practices for a strong medical staff workforce. Reporting to the Senior Director of Physician & Professional Services, this role works directly with all levels of leadership across the enterprise.
