Anderson Sport and WellnessNewport Beach, CA

About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist with 10+ years of experience who's ready to break free from high-volume outpatient ortho mills? Do you crave true one-on-one time with motivated patients (60-90 minute sessions), the time to use your skills effectively, access to elite modalities, and a healthy work-life balance? If you're passionate about honing your craft, delivering cutting-edge, personalized care, and making a lasting impact on active, committed clients — this is the role for you. About Us We are a thriving cash-based, out-of-network clinic dedicated to exceptional results through quality over quantity. Our patients are primarily athletic, highly motivated adults (35+), including elite and professional athletes, who actively follow home programs and embrace lifestyle changes for outstanding outcomes. We also treat vestibular, post-concussion, and some neuro cases — offering diverse, interesting caseloads. Tired of non-compliant patients or unrealistic productivity demands? Here, you'll work with people who value their health and partner in their recovery in a collaborative, supportive team environment with realistic expectations and strong management. Why PTs Love It Here Focused patient care: True 1:1 sessions (mostly 60 minutes, some 90), with built-in time for follow-up calls, documentation, and admin — no rushed double-booking or endless paperwork. Skill growth & mentorship: Ideal for PTs ready to advance. We provide on-the-job training in our core modalities (manual therapy integration, advanced therapeutic exercise, Frequency-Specific Microcurrent, Normatec, and the Neubie by NeuFit — DC-based neuromuscular re-education tech used by NFL/pro athletes). Mentoring available for cash-based model newcomers. Professional development: Unlimited MedBridge CEUs (part-time), employer-paid continuing education (as agreed), and encouragement to pursue advanced training. Flexible & balanced: Part-time to start (potential to grow into full-time). Supportive leadership prioritizes your well-being and life outside work. Team approach: Shared caseload for collaboration and variety — never isolated. Typical Day Deliver hands-on, one-on-one care in 60-90 minute sessions. Conduct follow-up/new patient calls (paid time provided). Complete documentation during clinic hours. Collaborate with colleagues on shared patients.
