Partner with product management to define scope and technical requirements.
Architect, design, and plan delivery for enhancements and platform maintenance with a fast turnaround time.
Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Ensure solutions meeting high quality standards, with a strong emphasis on unit testing, application testing, and continuous integration.
Support and evolve a PHP monolithic application.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

6+ years of experience in designing and building scalable web applications using PHP (Symfony Components + Codeigniter), MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong OOP skills with a passion for clean architecture and a willingness to work in a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach.
Deep experience with unit testing and application-level testing strategies.
Proven track record delivering projects with fast turnaround while maintaining high quality.
Solid experience with Git, REST API design, and integration.
Hands-on experience with Docker containers.
Familiarity with AWS services including IAM, S3, RDS, ECS, and API Gateway.
Solid understanding of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in highly agile, collaborative, and innovative environments.
