Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Texas state board of pharmacy: Pharmacy technician certification
Nice To Haves
- PTCB certification
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the daily plan of action
- Managing Daily workflow and directing technicians to maximize production
- Training new employees and ensuring all staff is up to date on all recurring training
- Ensuring compliance is maintained by all staff
- Managing and keeping track of staff throughout the day
- Keeping the pharmacy organized and stocked with supplies
- Keeping training paper work organized and easily accessible for inspections
- Assisting with quarterly inventories
