About The Position

We’re seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. This role will be a key driver in scaling our paid media programs, with a strong emphasis on direct media buying, managing sponsorships with industry partners, and programmatic advertising. You’ll also contribute to other performance channels such as paid search, paid social, pay-per-lead, and affiliate marketing. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in B2B tech and SaaS environments, understands complex buyer journeys, and can craft and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including content, product marketing, analytics, and sales—to ensure our campaigns reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years in direct media buying and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record in managing B2B tech or SaaS paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the full-funnel buyer journey and how to tailor media strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with direct buys with industry media partners.
  • Experience with programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Experience with paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) a strong plus.
  • Experience with paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads) a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to understand what marketing programs are influencing performance by utilizing multi-touch attribution insights.
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the legal tech or professional services vertical.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tools (e.g., Qualified, Userled, Clay).
  • Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices to complement paid media efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sponsorship agreements with key industry partners to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across display, video, and native formats.
  • Support paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other performance marketing programs to drive MQL/SQL generation and brand-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and CPA.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend is optimized and forecasted accurately.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop reporting dashboards and track performance against KPIs.
